Flicka Gymnastics offers a wide range of Recreational / Educational
gymnastics programming for children, teens and adults of all ages and
abilities. All programming is designed to provide each participant
the chance to experience the exciting world of gymnastics in a
positive, safe environment. Fun,
fitness and fundamentals is the base format of all
Recreational / Educational classes offered at Flicka Gymnastics. The
Recreational / Educational gymnastics program is a great way for everyone
to discover
fundamental and dominant movement patterns that can enhance each
participants agility, coordination , balance, strength and speed. Our
nationally certified coaches, working within the parameters of a
curriculum, ensure that each participant has the
opportunity to achieve a positive outcome.
